An accident at about 3:45 Monday afternoon on Highway 190, 7 miles west of Chillicothe, left two injured – one with serious injuries. State Troopers report 18-year-old Dallas Hall of Jamesport had serious injuries. Hall was the passenger in the vehicle driven by 17-year-old Dylan Tolle of Chillicothe. The other driver, 74-year-old James Fish of Jamesport, had moderate injuries.
According to the report, the accident happened at 190 and Route N, when Tolle was westbound on 190 and attempted to make a pass on the crest of a hill. Tolle’s vehicle struck the front passenger side of the Fish vehicle, then went off the road and overturned, coming to rest on its top. Hall and Fish were taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment. Hall was not wearing a safety belt.
