Garland Joseph Nelson, the man accused of killing two Wisconsin brothers in July of 2019, made an appearance in Caldwell County Court Monday for his arraignment. Nelson appeared via ZOOM, waived formal arraignment and entered a Not Guilty plea.
Nelson and his attorney also filed a motion for a change of Judge and venue. Judge Brent Elliot approved the motion and the case has been sent to the Missouri Supreme Court for reassignment.
