The Livingston County Library will be offering contactless material pick up starting Monday, May 11th.
Librarian Candy Warren says the steps include calling during operating hours to place library material orders. Your list should be ready before calling.
To allow time to prepare for your order, wait one hour from time of hold notification before picking up.
Items, labeled with patron last name and first initial, will be available in the north entryway of the building. Be mindful of social distancing and CDC guidelines when picking up your materials.
If you place a hold after 4:00pm, holds will be available at 10:00am the next morning.
Pick up hours during the week will run 10:00am to 6:45pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
The physical library building will remain closed to the public until the Board of Trustees meets on May 21st to discuss the current Covid-19 status and to determine if it is time to move into the next phase of the reopening plan.
