Chillicothe firefighters responded to a grass fire Saturday afternoon on LIV 228, near the intersection of US 65. At about 12:15 pm, the call was received and the fire crew arrived in four minutes to find a fire in the grass area about 50 yards behind the fireworks shop. About 100 gallons of water and leaf blowers were used to put out the fire. The cause of the fire was undetermined.
