The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department is transporting three area residents to the Missouri Department of Corrections following their recent court appearances.
19-year-old Devin Keithley of Chillicothe is sentenced to a total of 9 years and an ITP Program. That includes 4 years on a conviction for a Probation Violation – Property Damage and 5 years on a conviction for a Probation Violation – Tampering. The sentences are to be served consecutively.
26-year-old William Veltum of Chillicothe was sentenced to 10 years and an ITP program on a conviction for a Probation Violation – Endangering Welfare of Child.
48-year-old Amy Nieman of Mooresville was sentenced to 4 years on a conviction for Possession Controlled Substance.
