State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties Monday.
A Milan resident was arrested early Monday morning in Putnam County. Forty-seven-year-old Salvador Colindres was arrested for alleged DWI and failing to stop at a stop sign. He was processed at the Putnam County Jail and released.
At about 10:40 am in Livingston county, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Douglas Coin of Wheeling for alleged DWI, Driving while revoked, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and imprudent driving, resulting in a crash. Coin was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
In Caldwell County, at about 1:00 pm, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Gregory Achilles of Quincy, IL was arrested for alleged DWI – first offense and speeding. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
