The Chillicothe Police Department reports receiving 84 calls for service on Friday.
Included in those calls was a response to a domestic disturbance at 11:49am in the 100 block of Fairway. After a brief investigation, no arrests were made. The parties were advised to separate to avoid further conflict.
Officers responded to Dickinson and Clay Streets for a two vehicle accident at 12:32pm. A citation for failing to stop at a stop sign was issued. No other details were made available.
Officers were contacted at the Police Department at 1:13pm in reference to a reported sexual assault. That investigation continues.
Officers responded at 5:52pm to the 10 block of Jackson Street for a reported burglary and theft. The investigation is continuing.
At 7:35pm an officer spoke with a subject o the phone with questions regarding child abuse reporting. Information was provided over the phone.
Officers investigated a report of a fire in a driveway at 11:52pm at Bryan and Monroe streets A small recreational fire was put out due to neighbors concerns.
