Three arrests and several investigations were reported by the Chillicothe Police Department for Tuesday.
At 12:11 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a disobedient teenage juvenile attempting to leave the residence in the 200 block of Third St. Officers contacted the juvenile and parents. The incident was referred to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.
About an hour later, Officers responded to a report of a suicidal teenager in the area of N. Washington St. and Third St. The teenager was located and transported to the hospital for treatment and evaluation.
At 11:38 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a careless driver on Washington St. Officers located the vehicle in the 100 block of N. Washington St. Officers discovered the driver was unfamiliar with the area and became confused. Officers provided assistance.
At 12:58 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 100 block of Mitchell Ave and as a result, arrested a 64-year-old man, a 46-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman. They were processed at the Police Department and one man and the woman were transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges. The other man suffered a medical emergency and was transported to the hospital.
At 1:25 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a person possibly armed with a handgun and unlawfully entering a building in the 10 block of Jennifer Ln. Officers located the person who had a BB gun and was chasing an animal.
