The flood waters on the Grand River have dropped significantly from late last week, but flood warnings continue at Sumner and Brunswick
At Chillicothe, the river fell back below flood stage of 24 feet Saturday morning and is now near 12 feet.
At Sumner, Minor flooding is reported this morning as the river dropped from a crest Saturday morning of 35.87 feet to a reading this morning of 26.99 feet. Flood stage at Sumner is 26 feet and the flooding should end late this morning.
At Brunswick, the river crested Sunday at 24.4 feet and is beginning to fall. The expected reading this morning is 23.9 feet and flooding at Brunswick will continue until early Tuesday morning
