For the first time in several years, Livingston County is the home of the top 4-H officer in the state. Seth Hansen was elected 4H Council President to represent MO 4-H members from across the state.
Hansen is a member of the Springhill Go-Getters and will be a Senior at the Chillicothe High School in the upcoming school year.
He talked about some of his responsibilities as the Council President.
He says his first duty will be to meet with the State Council Members.
KCHI will check in with Hansen throughout his term as 4H Council President.
