A Michigan man was arrested by State Troopers in Grundy County Tuesday night. At about 10:40 pm, Troopers arrested 41-year-old James Phillips for alleged DWI, driving while suspended, speeding, and failing to drive on the right side of the roadway. He was taken to the Grundy County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
