The Chillicothe R-II School District’s Salary and Welfare committee was informed the district salaries would be frozen due to the current budget situation. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the school board heard the request from the committee at Tuesday’s meeting.
Wiebers says the committee’s recommendations will be considered and will be reflected in the budget presented for approval at the end of the month.
