The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 87 calls for service Tuesday. Some of the calls include
9:31 am, Report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of E. Bridge Street. One party had left prior to Officers arrival. No injuries and no arrests made.
10:11 am, Officers assisted Emergency Services on Medical Call in 1300 block of Monroe Street. They were back about an hour later to speak to the management and took a report of an assault. The investigation continues
11:23 am, Officer recovered an abandoned bicycle from the 1100 block of Elm Street. The bicycle can be claimed by the owner.
3:22 pm, Officer out in the 1300 block of Locust Street in reference a theft report. Investigation continuing.
6:23 pm, Officer speaking with subject reference neighbor dispute with possible damage to their roof. Information was provided.
Officers also received numerous calls for animals running loose and the use of fireworks.
Residents are reminded the use of fireworks in the Chillicothe City limits is limited to July 1st to the 4th from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and on the 4th until 11:00 pm.
