Two arrests in the local counties are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Wednesday.
At about 4:40 pm in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Kyle Lang of Kirksville for alleged driving while revoked, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and no insurance. He was processed at the Sullivan County Jail and released.
At about 7:00 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 50-year-old Bobby Neal of Polo for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure to register a vehicle and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
