The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported three arrests towards the end of June. They include:
On the 25th, a traffic stop turned into a drug arrest and potential felony charges for a Chillicothe woman. The Deputy obtained consent to search from the driver/owner of the vehicle and found suspected methamphetamine and methamphetamine drug paraphernalia in a purse. They arrested was 54-year-old Tresa Lyn Wilson of Chillicothe for the alleged methamphetamine violation. Wilson is also on parole in the State of Missouri for conviction of Distribution of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
On the 26th, Deputies saw a vehicle with occupants acting strangely and attempting to elude the deputy. A deputy checked on the vehicle but could not attest to who the driver had been. The vehicle had a bag that was suspected to contain burglary paraphernalia. Information shared with area law enforcement. Later that day a deputy found the same vehicle in rural Livingston County. The investigation resulted in the driver, 42-year-old Shawn Dusting Weers of Kansas, arrested for alleged Driving While Revoked. Weers has since been charged with alleged felony driving while revoked and remains in custody.
On the 29th, 26-year-old Raven C. Pittman of Chillicothe was arrested on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
