Details Corrected:
One person was injured an accident in Daviess County Monday. The accident on Highway 6 left 63-year-old Kenneth Smith of Gallatin with minor injuries. The Highway Patrol report Smith was eastbound and had stopped in traffic and was struck from behind by a truck driven by 65-year-old Jacob Byler of Weatherby. Byler was not injured in the accident. Smith was taken to Cameron Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
