The extended deadline for the filing of income tax returns is July 15th for both the IRS and the State of Missouri. As some complete their filing, they are finding they owe, and possibly owe more then they can afford. Micheal Devine from the IRS says that is no excuse to avoid filing. He says to send a payment.
