The Mitchell Avenue project for the City of Chillicothe will begin Wednesday. Chillicothe Street Superintendent Jeff Gillespie says M&M Utilities will be starting the Mitchell Ave. street project that will be taking place from the Railroad tracks south to Ryan Ln.
