The request to close a street in downtown Chillicothe for a private event was approved by the Chillicothe City Council Monday. Charlie Pepper addressed the council about closing a portion of Webster Street, between Locust and Washington Street will be closed on October 10th for a wedding reception. The closure is allowed to extend to shortly after midnight of the next day to allow for clean-up.
The reception will be held at Silvermoon Plaza and the area on the street will be for additional seating to allow social distancing.
