State Troopers responded to two single-vehicle accidents that left the drivers with minor injuries.
Saturday at about 8:00 am in Daviess County, an accident on Route BB near Winston left a Cameron man injured. Eighteen-year-old Donaven DeJong of Cameron was southbound on Route BB when he ran off the road, overcorrected and crossed the road and his vehicle overturned, DeJong was not wearing a safety belt and had minor injuries. He was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Saturday at about 2:50 pm in Adair County, a Brookfield man had minor injuries in an accident on Missouri Highway 11 near Kirksville. Troopers report 24-year-old Brett Bradley was eastbound and ran off the southside of the road, overcorrected and crossed the road where his vehicle overturned. He was wearing a safety belt and had minor injuries. He sought his own treatment.
