The Chillicothe Property Tax rate will be the same as last year. The Chillicothe City Council held a public hearing as part of the City Council meeting Monday. They presented the rates of .6917 per hundred dollar valuation for the General Fund and .1945 per hundred dollar valuation for the Park Fund. The total rate of .8862 per hundred dollar valuation was approved by the council on a unanimous vote.
