The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department is transporting several detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections under court order. They include:
59-year-old Randy W. Adair of Gallatin sentenced to 4 years in prison on a Probation Violation – Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
35-year-old Nathaniel Watkins of Kansas City, sentenced to a total of four years. 2 years for Resisting Arrest and 2 years for Driving While Revoked. The sentences will run consecutively.
59-year-old James R. Utley of Chillicothe sentenced to 10 years in prison on a conviction for Delivery Controlled Substance.
23-year-old Jason D. Close of Trenton, sentenced to 4 years in prison on a Probation Violation on an original conviction for Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
55-year-old William V. Martins of Chillicothe, sentenced to 3 years in prison for Possession Controlled Substance
