The Chillicothe R-II School Board meets Tuesday at Grand River Technical School, with a special session of a tax rate hearing, followed by the regular meeting.
The Tax Rate Hearing will be at 5:45 pm. The proposed rate is 4.7176 per $100 valuation. The rate would provide just over $6.75 million for the district.
The regular meeting will start at 6:00 pm and begins with the approval of the Tax Rate for the district.
Other items on the agenda include MSBA Policy updates, a conflict of interest policy and the local compliance plan, consideration of the contract for the construction of the district office building.
The board will also review the COVID-19 Re-Entry Plan.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
