Gabby Hapes has won another Grand Championship at the Missouri State Fair. Hapes, who took top honors in the FFA Short Horn competition, is the daughter of Ashley and Travis Burton. She is a Sophomore at the Chillicothe High School and a member of the Chillicothe FFA.
