The three Chillicothe residents arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol on Friday have been officially charged in Livingston County Court. Twenty-one-year old Chyanna L. Cooper Forty-eight-year-old Wyatt A. Cooper and twenty-four-year-old Alec Drake Trent are charged with alleged Trafficking Drugs. They made their court appearance Monday and have since each posted bond of $25,000.
Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox says all three are alleged to have been in possession of 30 grams or more of Methamphetamine. Their next court appearances are scheduled for September 30th.
