The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 111 calls for service Thursday. Some of the calls include:
7:16 am, Officer on Special Assignment in the 2800 block of Hornet Road.
8:17 am, Officers responded to the 1200 block of N. Washington Street for report of theft. Officers arrested a 69 year old for stealing and a municipal warrant for failure to appear. They were cited and released.
1:30 pm, Report of vehicle that is southbound on Washington Street that has severe smoking issue from the box container. The vehicle was stopped near S. Washington and Curtis Streets and the driver was advised.
2:47 pm, Officers responded to the1000 block of S. Washington Street to assist Children’s Division on possible sexual abuse investigation.
3:20 pm, Officers checked a report of items in the southbound lanes of the 1000 block of S. Washington Street. The item was removed by the Street Department.
3:33 pm, Officer recovered an abandoned bicycle in the 200 block of Herriford Street. The bike can be claimed by the owner.
4:31 pm, Officers checked a report of a strange parcel left on the property in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The owner retrieved the item.
7:29 pm, Officers dispatched to 300 block of Samuel Street reference a disturbance with neighbors. Incident resolved by Officers.
