Missouri Job Centers across the state continue to reopen to help displaced workers find meaningful employment. The Chillicothe Job Center re-opened on Wednesday
The remaining Job Centers across the state will continue to reopen in the coming weeks as part of the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development’s Return Strong initiative. The initiative is focused on reopening all of the state’s Job Centers in a safe and responsible manner.
Although most Missouri Job Centers are now open, some will continue to be open by appointment only, and Job Centers may close down unexpectedly due to COVID-19 exposure.
It’s important that customers call before visiting. Centers open for in-person services will adhere to social distancing and other protocols for the safety of staff and visitors. They will follow local health guidelines, including mandatory mask ordinances in cities.
Job seekers and displaced workers can still access services by phone at 1-888-728-5627, or online at jobs.mo.gov
