State Troopers report five arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
In Livingston County on Saturday:
Troopers arrested 53-year-old Christopher Schrand of Cincinnati, OH, Saturday at about 4:10 pm, for alleged 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released.
At about 8:25 pm, Troopers arrested 58-year-old Kelly Miller of Chillicothe for alleged DWI and speeding. He was processed and released.
At about 10:25 pm, 42-year-old Amanda Miller of Cameron was arrested for alleged DWI – first offense, a lane violation and no insurance. He was processed and released.
Saturday in Chariton County, Troopers arrested 39-year-old Timothy Schnetzler of Salisbury for alleged 2 counts of failure to register as a sex offender. He was processed and released.
Sunday at about 2:00 pm in Caldwell County, 40-year-old Anita Flores of Kansas City was arrested on a Morgan County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while revoked and no seatbelt. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
