08-25-20 Trenton Property Tax
The tax rate for the City of Trenton will increase slightly. City Administrator Ron Urton says the rate was set at 1.1763 per $100 valuation. That includes .9935 for the General Fund and .1828 for the Park Fund. A public hearing was held to allow for comments, but there were no comments from the public. Urton says the slight increase was an adjustment from last year.
He says the increase will allow the city to remain revenue neutral.
