Two arrests on drug charges are reported by troopers in Linn county Tuesday afternoon.
State Troopers arrested 45-year-old Nicole Nokes of Quincy, IL at about 3:05 pm for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. They also arrested 23-year-old Jezebel Nokes of Independence on a Clinton County warrant for alleged possession of marijuana. Both were taken to the Linn County Jail
