Six additional cases of positive COVID-19 were reported to the Livingston County Health Center Thursday, bringing the county’s total to 92, with 18 active cases. The information from the Health Center states three of those notifications are connected to the outbreak at Turning Point Church.
The Health Center says all but one of our cases in the past two weeks have been symptomatic, meaning they are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19.
They are asking the public to “Please continue or begin to follow preventive measures like washing your hands frequently, disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in your home, car, and office, avoiding crowds and gatherings, wearing a face-covering in public, avoiding sick people and staying home if you are sick.”
If you have questions about COVID-19, contact the health center or call your physician.
