In the last couple of weeks, you may have driven by the Chillicothe High School and wondered what is going on with the dirt work north of the school parking lot.
Chillicothe School Superintendent Dan Wiebers says it’s the beginning of building a new School District office.
He says it should be done by mid-April.
He says there is an advantage to this type of construction process.
Wiebers says the construction is being paid for by the flood insurance money the district received from the flooding of the old district offices. The only cost to the district is the $1,000 deductible.
