A two-vehicle accident near Chillicothe Wednesday morning left a Chillicothe man with minor injuries. State Troopers report 45-year-old Spencer Ficken of Chillicothe was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries following the accident at about 6:25 am, on US 36 a mile east of town. According to the report, Ficken was westbound and was struck from behind by another westbound vehicle driven by 28-year-old Deaven Eisman of Kidder. Ficken was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the accident.
