Secretary of State “J” (John) Ashcroft visited Chillicothe this (Wednesday) morning, encouraging Missouri residents to vote. The general election is November 3rd, and you can register to vote through October 7th. Ashcroft says he wants you to have your voice heard by casting your ballot.
