Senator Roy Blunt says,
“This announcement is another important step toward solving the water shortage problem in North Central Missouri. If you don’t have a reliable water supply, it’s difficult for businesses, families, school districts, and farmers to plan for the future. Completing this project will provide relief to everyone who has had their life or business disrupted by severe water shortages. And, it will provide the foundation for additional economic development and infrastructure investments that will expand opportunity and enhance the quality of life over the long term.”
