A Grandview Missouri man died when he was struck by a Semi while walking on Interstate 35 early Saturday morning. State Troopers report 26-year-old Darwin Alberto Chaves Cardoza died at the scene of the accident on I-35 in Daviess County. According to the Highway Patrol, Cardoza was walking southbound from his vehicle that was parked partially in the driving lane along the freeway. A Southbound semi driven by 39-year-old Brian Froman of Kansas struck the parked vehicle and Cardoza and ran off the road and overturned. Froman was not injured in the accident.
