A Kansas man was arrested Monday in Daviess County on drug and other charges. State Troopers arrested 30-year-old Michael Clark of Topeka at about 7:40 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance, DWI with drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless and imprudent driving. Clark was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
