An Idaho resident was arrested by state troopers Wednesday in Dekalb County. Forty-four-year-old Amy Eisenhauer was arrested at about 4:25 am for alleged DWI, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
