State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Mikall Foster of Hamilton at about 8:30 am for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released.
Saturday at about 5:15 pm, Troopers in Linn County arrested 32-year-old Buck Moffit of Mendon for alleged domestic assault, neglect of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Linn County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
