In the November 3rd general election, Livingston County voters are considering three contested races for elected office. One of the offices is Collector/Treasurer. The incumbent chose not to seek re-election. KCHI spoke with the candidates for Collector/Treasurer, Democrat Teresa Sykes and Republican Diana Havens.
