William P Devoy of Brookfield has been appointed Associate Circuit Judge for the 9th Judicial Circuit. Governor Mike Parson made the appointment to fill the Associate Circuit Judge vacancy created by the death of the Honorable Scot Othic.
Devoy is currently an Attorney at Elson & Devoy, P.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
