Chillicothe’s 3rd Ward will have a new representative starting at the next Chillicothe City Council meeting. Mayor Theresa Kelly announced her pick to fill the opening created when Michael Smith moved out of the 3rd Ward. Kelly announced at Monday Council meeting that Joshua Fosdick will fill the position. She said she wanted someone that would be active in the community and their ward. Her selection was approved by the council on a vote of 4 to 0.
