The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 88 calls for service on Halloween Night
10:48 am, Officers responded to the 1400 block of McVey Street on a report of unsupervised children in the roadway. Children were taken home and a parent was contacted. Was unaware the children were outside.
2:32 pm, Officers out for “BooFest” Halloween public relations event in the 1600 block of Bryan Street.
7:03 pm, a caller reporting a young man in the 400 block of Locust Street that is taking provocative photos of two young girls that were posing for the photos. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.
