A Milan man was arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County. The arrest was on 10 charges, including driving while revoked, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, no insurance, no valid plates, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no seatbelt. Troopers took 22-year-old Michael Harrison of Milan to the Sullivan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
