A Cameron man was arrested in Clinton County early this morning on a warrant from Caldwell County. State Troopers arrested 45-year-old James VanGundy of Cameron at about 12:15 am on a warrant for alleged child neglect. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
