Chillicothe Police report one arrests and several investigations for Wednesday.
12:35 pm, Received report of traffic hazard on Washington near Green St., vehicle parked in turn lane. The vehicle was moved.
About 2:00 pm, officers took a report of two vehicle accident near Business 36 and Graves St. both vehicles had minor damage. One driver was cited for no proof of insurance.
4:15 pm, Responded to complaint of Motorcycle parked on sidewalk at Springhill St. and Fair. Warning issued for the violation.
6:20 pm, Officer responded to the 1000 block of McNally in reference to dogs annoying people. A citation was issued to the owner of the dogs.
8:00 pm, Officers arrested Madison Lowrey on a Probation Violation warrant in the 1300 block of Third St. She was processed and taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
