State Troopers report one accident and a couple of arrests in the area counties.
An Accident in Ray County Wednesday afternoon left a Chillicothe woman with minor injuries. State Troopers report 40-year-old Miranda Adams of Chillicothe was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital for treatment following the accident on Route J at County Road 271. According to the report, Adams was westbound and tried to make a U-Turn in front of a truck driven by 40-year-old Micheal Earp of Chillicothe. Earp was not injured in the accident.
Two DWI arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.
At about 7:45 pm Wednesday, Troopers in Harrison County arrested 36-year-old Joshua Terrell of Cameron for alleged DWI – with a person under 17 years of age in the vehicle, Careless and Imprudent Driving involving a crash, and two counts of failure to secure a child in a booster seat. Terrell was taken to the Harrison County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
At about 12:06 am Thursday, Troopers in Grundy County arrested 51-year-old William Mullenix of Trenton for alleged DWI speeding and no insurance. He was taken to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, processed, and released.
