A Norborne man died in a single-vehicle accident in Ray County Tuesday afternoon. State Troopers report 82-year-old Otto Finley of Norborne died when he was southbound on Route AA and ran off the road and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead on the scene by the Assistant Ray County Coroner. Finley was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the accident.
