State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties Friday.
In Daviess County at about 8:40 am, Troopers arrested 31-year-old Evrald Mombo of Marshalltown, Iowa. The arrest was on a St. Joseph Warrant for alleged failure to maintain insurance. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
In Caldwell County at about 5:30 pm, Troopers arrested 42-year-old Ty M Vaughn of Blockton, Iowa. The arrest was for alleged DWI-Chronic Offender, Driving while revoked or suspended, assault, property damage, armed criminal action, abuse or neglect of a child, assault on a special victim, careless and imprudent driving, and no insurance. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
