State Troopers report a couple of arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday, a Cameron resident, 17-year-old Caleb Burns, was arrested at about 6:07 pm for alleged DWI with drugs – with a person under the age of 17 in the vehicle, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, lane violations, and speeding. He was taken to the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Sunday in Linn County, Troopers arrested 18-year-old Gage Clampit of Marceline for alleged no valid license and no motorcycle endorsement. He was processed and released.
